Come and enjoy as life continues at Gilman Healthcare Center with fun activities. A van takes residents to venues for shopping and entertainment. There is an onsite beauty parlor and barber shop for that trim and fresh feeling to look your best. We offer a variety of religious services to serve the spiritual needs of our residents. Our large dining room is a modern spacious area used for functions and activities.

We provide:

Bedside table

Personalize Your Space
Residents are encouraged to bring photos and other items to give them that at-home feel.

Laundry service is provided or family may choose to do this on their own. Please note that we ask that all items be labeled, even if a family member is going to do the laundry in case we need to wash items for sanitary reasons.

Our buses can be seen throughout the area.  We offer transportation to medical appoints and dialysis as well as activity trips.  We have gone to Cubs games, Bears training camp in Bourbonnais, and local school events.  We are members of the community enjoying life.

Our Residents Focused Activity Program is individualized to encompass Residents personal social preferences. The Activity program extends beyond the facility to include inter-generational programs, community-based events, family focused programs, and special events.
